Almost ONE year old

Bath time is quickly becoming my favorite part of the day.
I can't believe my baby boy will be one year old in a week! Because I knew we were going home for Christmas, I scheduled Chance's one year well child check for today with the doctor.

Chance is as healthy as can be!
Coming in at 27 inches long and 20.65 pounds, he is in the 98th percentile for height and the 15th percentile for weight.
The doctor was actually a little concerned about his weight because he has gained less than 1 pound since his 9 month check up.  She took a head measurement and checked his heart rate just to make sure Chance was growing properly.  The doctor then concluded that Chance was just lucky to be long and lean and must have a speedy metabolism.  Looks like we are going to have a miniature Max on our hands...but then again...tell me something I didn't already know doc.
