90 Isn't old if you're a tree...

For my grandfather's 70th birthday, my sister and I bought our Grandpa Duck a gag gift ribbon to wear that said, "70 isn't old if you're a tree"...

My Grandpa Delbert's birthday is on December 23rd so I've been so lucky to spend so many birthdays with my Grandpa "duck"
(My mother's maiden name is "Drake", thus the "Duck" nickname)

This Christmas my grandpa and grandma both made the journey to Arkansas to spend Christmas with my family. 

We had to celebrate Grandpa's 90th birthday with some cake! 

My dad also grilled us some buffalo strip steak for the birthday dinner which was unparalleled in taste! So delicious! Someone should have a birthday which requires buffalo steak once a month in my book...

My mom now knows that I blog so she poses for every possible photo....love you mom ;)

(My Aunt Jane drove my grandparents to Arkansas to spend Christmas with us...she is so giving and amazing to be around) She also drove my mother from Nebraska to Colorado on the day that Chance was born so that she could be there for me! 

Bottom line is...I know that my aunt Jane has my back and that is sooo cool!!

I don't know what to say about this photo...

My grandma thinks I'm crazy, 

My grandpa is happy, 

Chance is not sure what is going on, 

and

I'm celebrating of course!
