St. Paddy's Day Parade

This year was the first year that we decided to head downtown and check out the St. Paddy's Day parade and activities.
We knew that downtown would be a mad house, but we had never taken Chance to a parade before and we wanted to be in the craziness of it all. 
We are so glad we went.  We had a great morning as a family and Chance was mesmermized by the parade and all of the shenanigans going on around him. 
We hope you all enjoyed your St. Paddy's Day and did something a lil' Irish to celebrate.

Drew and Tina's Farewell Party

Last weekend we had to say goodbye to some wonderful friends.  Drew and Tina are the first of the Denver Village to say farwell. 
We are all so sad to see them go, but we are excited for the future that awaits them. 
At least we got to have one last get together to swap memories and to tell them how much we will miss them. 


Chance and Callie had so much fun playing with each other.

Everyone had a great time talking and watching the kids play.

Every village occasion requires a cake from Mulberries.  Unfortunately, Chance's curiousity got the best of him before this cake could be served.  Can you see the tiny finger hole in the middle of the yellow polka dot?  Oops...

Goodbyes are always tough but I know that we will remain close to the Ronchetti's for a very long time. 

Good luck on your new career in Illinois.  You will truly be missed and impossible to replace.  XO

 

Weekend in Breckenridge

A few weekends ago we were lucky enough to have Max's parents and some of our great friends all in Breckenridge on the same weekend.  Max decided that this would be the perfect time to take Chance out and let him test out his new skis.

We are so excited to spend many weekends as a family with our loved ones and friends on the slopes.  Thanks to the Lehmans, the Springers, and Molly O for making the trip to Colorado to be with us on the mountain. 

It was so special to have so many people we love share in this first with us.

Grandparents

We have been so lucky to have had so many visitors these past few weeks.  I apologize for being way behind on the blog.  We've been having too much fun spending time with everyone in person that I haven't had time to post all of our fun pictures.  This is a good problem!


Over the past three weekends we have had some amazing quaility time with Grandma Johnson and Grandma and Grandpa Lehman. 

Chance was a happy boy because he got to go to the aquarium twice and spend lots of time at the house playing with his grandparents and watching movies!
